Physio session number 3 completed . Concentrated on leg strengthening exercises and balance exercises this week.
Before the physio arrived I was practicing my neck exercises and breathing exercises in the garden which was bathed in glorious sunshine, for the first time in a long while, I felt relaxed, it felt so good
Some of the things that my physio constantly reminds me to think about are, to listen to my body and don’t overdo the exercises, that rest is just as important to aid healing, and to increase the intensity of the exercises at my own pace, but above all not to give up.
